The Oars are a new contemporary duo featuring songwriter and guitarist Eoin Coughlan and multi-instrumentalist Brian Morrissey. Last year they performed with Robbie Williams and Garron Noone to 80,000 people in Croke Park. Their recently released album was recorded and produced in Louisiana by multi-Grammy winner Dirk Powell, who said ‘Listening to The Oars, the tunes and grooves are rock solid and always moving’.
