River Runs Round : Caoilian Sherlock & Jean Pack Join Forces for the Bella Jesus Tour

Tickets on sale Friday Sept 5th at 10am

Following the release of Jean Pack’s debut EP Allora, produced by musician Caoilian Sherlock, the duo have announced an upcoming tour in which these two uniquely compelling songwriters will share the stage for three upcoming dates around Ireland joined by their bands; The Big Children and The Slay Babies.

The Bella Jesus Tour begins on October 9th at The Record Room in Limerick, continues on October 12th at Coughlan’s in Cork as part of the River Runs Round Festival, and wraps up on October 18th at Anseo in Dublin.

Caoilian Sherlock has been shaping his craft since the age of fifteen, cutting his teeth in rock and roll bands before venturing into a solo path defined by sparse, folk-tinged arrangements and lyrical candor. Backed by an electric guitar, a wry sense of humor and an overly sentimental view of nearly everything, Sherlock’s sound tips its hat to John Prine and Paul Simon while nodding to modern icons like Waxahatchee and Cass McCombs.

His debut album Teenage Jesus arrived in 2023, followed by a UK and Irish tour that saw him blazing through venues from West Cork to London.

Jean Pack is a Cork-based songwriter blending camp flair with raw feeling - a cocktail of melancholia and mischief, poured neat. Drawing on influences from The Shangri-Las to The Velvet Underground, she crafts lush, lo-fi, slyly lyrical songs that are equal parts cabaret and confessional. Vulnerable, glamorous, and half-laughing through the ache, her music is the perfect soundtrack to a beautiful mess. Her debut EP Allora positions Jean Pack as one of the most thrilling new voices on the Irish scene – daring, glittering, and impossible to pin down.
