Quarter Block Party presents girlfriend

'girlfriend.' is a 5 piece band hailing from North Dublin that makes visceral and emotional alternative rock music. Formed in 2015, the band consists of Hana Lamari, Lahela Jones, Sophie Dunne, Eilis Mahon and Robyn Avery.

On Halloween 2023, girlfriend. released their long awaited debut album 'To Be Quiet', which featured fan favourite singles 'Repent', 'Trust' and 'In Silence'. The album showcases girlfriend. at the peak of their powers, adding to a discography that journeys across post hardcore, emo and dreampop style songs to showcase the band's deep bond and commitment to catharsis and healing.

Channeling the ferocity of early grunge and slowcore, the band has a uniquely raw and emotional sound that they use to create compelling and explosive live show.
