This gig is one of a unique series of concerts with no cover charge.
Instead, we will be 'passing a hat' around and you can make a contribution that you feel is fair and affordable. However, please bear in mind that Carsie is a professional international touring artist, visiting from the USA where she has a pretty huge following. Whilst there is no set fee, I do recommend that you pre-book a place to secure a seat. In the event that we are over subscribed, those who pre-book through PROC will be given priority.
Pre-booked priority seating through PROC will be held until 7:30pm on the night of the performance, after which time it will be forfeit.
Carsie Blanton is a songwriter with hooks,chutzpah and revolutionary optimism.
“It is possible to face the world as it is - rapidly heating, ruled by grifters, ravaged by profitable wars - and still have hope,” she says of her newest release, After the Revolution. “Not the narrow, grasping hope you might hang on an election or a billionaire, but a patient, zoomed-out hope.”

Please Note: The venue operates a pop up café which offers a range of liquid refreshments in exchange for CASH ONLY on the night. The Richmond Revival is in the centre of Fermoy, easily accessible via Bus Éireann. There are also a number of ACCOMMODATION options available onsite. We offer budget single, twin or double rooms with a shared bathroom and kitchen. There is also a luxury suite. Campers and camper vans are welcome. Email the venue directly for further information.
Please further note: by purchasing a ticket to this event, as part of your admission fee, you are effectively joining The Richmond Revival Cultural Activity Appreciation Club. The rules of the club are binding — Richmond House is a private family home and people are expected to respect this — No alcohol is to be brought onto the premises — Basic common sense, decency and kindness is expected from all members.
