Ger Wolfe¬†is an established Irish singer songwriter, a multi-instrumentalist and a poet who, sparkling with life, composes and performs ‚ÄĚcarefully-crafted vignettes of song‚ÄĚ (Irish Times).
Cork born in 1969, Ger eats and breathes music, releasing and touring 9 albums of his own work since 1995. His most recent is ‚ÄėThe Mornng Star‚Äô released in 2021 during the lockdown. Working mainly in contemporary and traditional folk and sean n√≥s, his best-loved song is ‚ÄėThe Curra Road‚Äô, first championed on national radio by the broadcaster John Creedon. Ger is always busy writing new work and is also currently working on an album of traditional songs in the Irish language, (as Gaeilge).
